Double-stacked portable building configurations are ideal for compounds with limited footprint or restricted site access. This space-efficient, cost-effective setup suits layouts with a minimum base and top floor of 12m x 9m and eliminates the need for a gantry — making it a practical option for compact or high-density construction zones.

Access to the upper level is provided via modular staircases, with walkways running the full length of the top floor. Where steps and elevated walkways are used, compliant handrails are required and can be supplied as part of the hire package.

Common configurations include two-storey office arrangements or combinations of offices, meeting rooms, and lunchrooms — providing all the functionality of a larger facility within a reduced footprint. Double-stacked buildings are secured and installed to the same high standards as our single-storey units, offering a reliable and flexible option for commercial construction and infrastructure projects.
